Workshop Facilitator

What You’ll Do:

• Lead or assist in facilitating workshops or support groups that align with SHINE’s mission.

• Create a welcoming, inclusive, and safe space for participants.

• Share expertise or empathy to provide impactful and meaningful experiences.

• Work with the SHINE team to develop and refine workshop materials and structure.

The Experience You’ll Need:

• Strong facilitation or teaching skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups.

• Empathy, active listening, and the ability to hold space for participants.

• Expertise in relevant fields, such as mental health, harm reduction, or wellness, is a plus.

• Previous experience leading workshops or support groups is helpful but not required.
