What You’ll Do:

• Manage volunteer applications and onboarding.

• Schedule and coordinate volunteer assignments.

• Provide ongoing support and communication to volunteers.

• Collaborate with SHINE leadership to identify volunteer needs.

The Experience You’ll Need:

• Experience in volunteer management, human resources, or event coordination.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

• Enthusiasm for building community and empowering others.

• Prior experience with volunteer management software is a plus.
